Terms & Conditions 


To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is

recommended you schedule your spa experience

with as much advance notice as possible or at the

conclusion of your last experience. Our professional

staff allocates time especially for each guest,

therefore, a deposit is requested to guarantee these

reservations. All experiences are subject

to availability. Menu service and prices are subject

to change without notice. We reserve the

right to refuse service to anyone.


To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state,

we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your

scheduled appointment time. For new clients, please

allow 30 minutes to accommodate time to complete the necessary

initial check in process. Robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are

provided for your comfort and convenience. 

Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience,

reducing the effectiveness of your treatment

and the expectations of your visit.

In consideration of clients that are

scheduled after your reserved time, if you do run late, unfortunately

the treatment time will not be extended for, and the full price of your

treatment will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any

special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider

prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or

aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be

left at home.

Hollywood Skin Atlanta is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior

to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule

reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient

notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to

$25 per reservation. Spa Parties are subject to deposit and

subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.


The minimum age requirements for all treatments is 16 with the

exception of facials that we do offer for as young as 13 years old.

For minors under the age of 18 a parent must be in the room.

For massage treatments of minors under the age of 18 the

provider must be of the same gender. Parental release forms

must be completed by a legal parent/guardian of all minors.

We ask that only those receiving services accompany you to

the spa, so that all visitors may experience a pleasant

and peaceful environment,

Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash,

most Major Credit Cards and Hollywood Skin Atlanta Spa Gift Cards.

Hollywood Skin Atlanta Spa gift card contains value which may

be used to purchase products and services at face value.

This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

The card must be presented at time of purchase and

the available balance will be applied to the transaction.

Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed

for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This

card is not transferable and Hollywood Skin Atlanta is not

responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized

use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply.

Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services

and are at the discretion of the guest.

Products and Returns

In keeping with safety measures with recent

circumstances surrounding COVID, we cannot accept

any opened products or items. Any unopened products

or items may be returned within the 30 day window.

Any item purchased online must be returned in

person with proper receipt of purchase.
